Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Rent Pro website and its scooter rental, scooter leasing, and ATV rental services in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. By using this website and/or making a reservation, the customer fully accepts the terms outlined below.
1. Company Information

2. Rental Requirements
To rent a scooter or ATV, the following are required:
- A valid driving license for the relevant vehicle category held for at least 2 years
- A valid ID card or passport
- Minimum age of 21 years
Rent Pro reserves the right to refuse a rental if the required conditions are not met.
By taking possession of the vehicle, the customer confirms that it has been received in excellent working condition and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
3. Vehicle Usage
The customer agrees:
- To operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws
- Not to drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability
- Not to allow any unauthorized person to operate the vehicle
- To take proper care of the vehicle throughout the rental period
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Dangerous, reckless, or improper use of the vehicle
- Use outside the permitted operating areas
- Participation in races, competitions, or dangerous activities
- Use of ATVs in unsuitable or extreme off-road environments that may cause damage to the vehicle
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in additional charges, liability for damages, and immediate termination of the rental agreement.
4. Travel Restrictions
Thessaloniki
Short-term rental scooters must remain within a radius of 150 kilometers from Thessaloniki.
Halkidiki
Scooters and ATVs are permitted to operate within the Kassandra peninsula and up to the area of Afytos.
5. Leasing & Long-Term Rentals
Scooter leasing and long-term rental agreements include a mileage allowance of 2,500 kilometers per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply if the monthly mileage limit is exceeded.
Leasing and rental prices are determined based on:
- Contract duration
- Vehicle model
- Engine displacement (cc)
6. Payments & Reservations
Reservations are considered valid only after confirmation by Rent Pro.
A security deposit of €200 is required for vehicle rentals and is refunded at the end of the rental period provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as delivered.
Rent Pro reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit in cases of:
- Damage or excessive wear beyond normal use
- Improper or negligent use of the vehicle
- Violation of the rental terms
- Loss of keys or vehicle equipment
The company also reserves the right to:
- Request a reservation deposit or advance payment
- Modify pricing without prior notice
- Cancel reservations due to lack of availability or violation of rental conditions
Rental prices may vary depending on:
- Seasonality
- Vehicle availability
- Rental duration
7. Accidents & Mechanical Damage
In the event of an accident or mechanical issue, the customer must immediately notify Rent Pro.
The customer is responsible for:
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use
- Violations of the rental terms
- Damage not covered by insurance
For long-term rentals and leasing agreements, the renter is required to follow the vehicle’s maintenance schedule and promptly report any signs of malfunction or mechanical issues.
Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or failure to comply with maintenance requirements shall be fully charged to the renter.
8. Insurance
All Rent Pro vehicles are covered by the legally required insurance in accordance with Greek law.
Insurance coverage does not apply in cases involving:
- Dangerous or reckless driving
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Use outside the permitted operating areas
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper vehicle operation
In the event of theft, loss, or serious damage, the customer must immediately notify both Rent Pro and the relevant authorities.
All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking systems for security and vehicle protection purposes.
9. Personal Data
Rent Pro processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations and the Privacy Policy of this website.
10. Amendments to Terms
Rent Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
