Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Rent Pro website and its scooter rental, scooter leasing and ATV rental services in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. By using this website and/or making a reservation, the customer fully accepts the following terms.

2. Rental Requirements
To rent a scooter or ATV, customers must provide:
- A valid driving license for the corresponding vehicle category for at least 2 years
- A valid ID card or passport
- Minimum age of 21 years old
Rent Pro reserves the right to refuse a rental if the required conditions are not met.
3. Vehicle Use
The customer is required to:
- Use the vehicle safely and according to traffic regulations
- Not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Not allow third parties to use the vehicle
- Take proper care of the vehicle throughout the rental period
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Dangerous or inappropriate vehicle use
- Use outside permitted areas
- Participation in races or dangerous activities
- ATV use in unsuitable or extreme off road environments that may damage the vehicle
4. Travel Restrictions
Thessaloniki
Short term rental scooters must remain within a 150 km radius of Thessaloniki.
Halkidiki
Scooters and ATVs are allowed to operate within the Kassandra area and up to the area of Afytos.
5. Leasing & Long Term Rentals
Scooter leasing and long term rental plans include a limit of 2,500 kilometers per month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Leasing and rental prices are determined based on:
- Contract duration
- Vehicle model
- Engine size
6. Payments, Security Deposit & Reservations
Reservations are considered valid only after confirmation by Rent Pro.
A €200 security deposit is required for all vehicle rentals. The deposit is fully refundable at the end of the rental period, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Rent Pro reserves the right to withhold part or all of the security deposit in cases of:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Improper or unsafe use of the vehicle
- Violation of the rental terms and conditions
- Loss of vehicle equipment or keys
The company also reserves the right to:
- Request a booking deposit when required
- Modify prices without prior notice
- Cancel reservations in cases of unavailability or violation of the rental terms
Prices may vary depending on:
- Seasonality
- Vehicle availability
- Rental duration
- Vehicle model and engine size
7. Accidents & Damages
In the event of an accident or vehicle damage, the customer must immediately inform Rent Pro.
The customer is responsible for:
- Damages caused by improper vehicle use
- Violation of the rental terms
- Damages not covered by insurance
8. Insurance
All Rent Pro vehicles are covered by the legally required insurance according to Greek law.
Insurance does not cover:
- Dangerous driving
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Use outside permitted areas
- Damage caused by improper or inappropriate vehicle use
9. Personal Data
Rent Pro manages personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and the website Privacy Policy.
10. Modification of Terms
Rent Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
